The John & Orpha Blair Hospice Residence
The Hospice Residence Difference
Hospice of Warren County understands that remaining at home is not always possible or the best choice for every patient and family. For some, home is not where they wish to spend their final days; for others, the demands of care may become overwhelming for their support system. The John & Orpha Blair Hospice Residence is an option for those who desire or require additional support as caregiving needs increase.
Guests at the Hospice Residence receive 24-hour care from our highly skilled hospice team, with services personalized to meet the needs of each individual and their family. We are proud to offer the highest level of hospice care in Warren County, maintaining a guest-to-staff ratio that never exceeds 3:1.
What to Expect
At the John & Orpha Blair Hospice Residence, guests receive physician-directed, 24/7 hospice care in a private suite, along with hospice-related medical equipment, supplies, and medications. Home-cooked meals, snacks, and open visiting hours help create a comfortable, home-like environment.
Support services include social work, chaplain care, and specially trained volunteers offering companionship, barber and beautician services, and expressive therapies. The Residence features three private guest suites with accessible bathrooms, as well as inviting shared spaces for patients and families to gather.
Surrounded by nature on a peaceful 2.6-acre property, the Hospice Residence offers outdoor spaces for reflection and connection, including a screened porch overlooking a babbling brook.
