Neighbors Caring for Neighbors since 1979

Hospice of Warren County has proudly served as Warren County’s only nonprofit hospice since 1979, honoring the belief that everyone deserves to live and die with dignity. We support and empower our neighbors by providing compassionate end-of-life care, assuring dignity for mind, body and spirit.

Hospice care is specialized support focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals living with life-limiting illnesses such as heart disease, lung disease, cancer, and advanced dementia. Our care centers on the whole person - body, mind, and spirit.

Our interdisciplinary team works together to provide comprehensive care for the whole family:

  • Physician - directs care by collaborating with Nurses, Aides and Social Workers to treat the whole person - mind, body and spirit.

  • Registered Nurses - manage pain and symptoms while guiding and empowering families to care for their loved one.

  • Hospice Aides - assist with personal care and activities of daily living.

  • Social workers & Chaplains - provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support; connecting families with the community resources they need.

  • Volunteers - specially trained to offer companionship for patients and respite for caregivers, helping in countless meaningful ways.
